You’ll meet your guide at the feet of George M. Cohan, legendary pioneer of New York theater. From there, your immersive Broadway experience will lift the curtain on a world of auditions and opening nights, huge disappointments and massive successes.
Step into the footsteps of giants and listen to the stories of greats like Ethel Barrymore, Judy Garland, Humphrey Bogart, Julie Andrews, and so many more, all narrated by one of our own Broadway hopefuls.
As you explore the Theater District, your guide will share their own tale of Broadway dreams. Our top-rated pros have extensive knowledge of show business and will weave their personal experiences into the rich historical narrative. What better way to see the bright lights of Broadway than through the eyes of an artist?
- Explore Times Square, Broadway, and the surroundings with our expert guides, each a professional actor or director
- Learn how a humble horse-trading district became the “Entertainment Capital of the World”
- Share in the thrill of getting that one big break, as we show you how to make it “in the business”
- Learn how technology transformed the vaudeville palaces of the Great Depression into the radio and television studios of today
- See the notorious Hell’s Kitchen, once the domain of street gangs and struggling playwrights, and hear an actual “West Side Story”
- Visit other legendary Broadway locations
Other things to note
Meet your guide at the George M Cohan statue. This is at the intersection of 46th Street and 7th Ave in Manhattan. The statue is of a man holding a hat and a cane. There are 2 statues in the area. Make sure you are the correct statue.

But because that was not enough, he wove in bursts of song, which were always relevant to the story he was telling, unlike a jukebox musical that has liitle relevance. Ha, if you're like I was a week ago and don't know what a jukebox musical is, or where the term "break a leg" comes from, you need this tour in your life. Now!
