We will meet at Goodman's Bay Beach & Park , located on West Bay Street,the sea wall just opposite the playground will serve as our meeting point At the start time we will head over to the beach boot camp set up, inclusive of the equipment, mats and drinks for the workout. The boot camp session will include weighted movements, body weight work, plyometric movements and functional training. The workout is fun, intense and challenging! We also throw in some team drills and core finishers to mix it up . The boot camp session will last one hour, and participants are free to lounge and enjoy the beach afterward ! * If you would like to request a day and time outside of the availability block, please feel free to send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate your request !
With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and passion for training, I love working with clients to help them look and feel amazing. As a certified personal trainer, sports injury specialist and physique and figure training specialist, I focus on both functional fitness and training for aesthetics. My areas of specialty are strength and conditioning, interval and circuit training as well as bootcamp style training. I work with clients at all fitness levels and tailor workouts based on their goals and current level of fitness. Whether indoors or outdoors my workouts are challenging, effective and FUN !

Make sure you're wearing sports shoes/tennis shoes for the workout . If you have access to a towel and would prefer to bring your own water bottle feel free to bring those as well.
