We’ll meet at Jamieson Park Paddle. After a short brief of paddling techniques we are heading out on our boards to paddle a few minutes to a nice quiet spot where we anchor and set up for the yoga session. After the 60 min class we will paddle back to shore. No experience in SUP paddling or yoga is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
I have more than 10 years experience in teaching yoga. I’ve started practicing and teaching in Germany where I originally come from. I also discovered SUP yoga first back in Germany. I love to be in the nature and especially close to the water. SUP yoga is a great way to connect to the elements air and water. And I especially love to share this passion! SUP yoga is a very unique practice, as you never now how the wind blows or the sun is tickling your nose the next time. Maybe a swarm of cockatoos is flying along or you meet some fishies? The outdoor -water -yoga studio has always something new for you!
The Narrabeen lagoon is a hidden treasure of Sydneys northern beaches. The shallow, quite water and the beautiful nature are simply unique around the lake.
