Iris instills through her yogic practice both value and skill in improving overall wellness, cultivating inner fire, and enlivening our inner bings. We begin with a one-hour yoga class of basic 'pranayama,' or breath work, and poses designed to cleanse the chakras of stress, trauma, or fear induced blockages. Restoring the chakras, in turn, promotes balance and alignment in everyday life. Our team of creative and diverse chefs then offers a fun and educational lesson in concocting tasty, innovative dishes with fresh-picked food from our gardens. After a collaborative experience in our kitchen, you may complete your experience with a fresh cooked lunch and breathtaking ocean views on our majestic lanai.
