We will meet at 13th century farmhouse . According with the seasons, we will pick part of the ingredients directly from the garden and we will have hands-on cooking class preparing 4 courses . After the class, we enjoy the tour of the cellar and vineyard by the owner Giovanni and finally we sit down to supper with wines chosen to accompany the courses we have just made.
Vegetarian, Gluten free, Dairy free, etc.. are welcome . Just let us know in advance for better set the class.
All the drinks consumed during the day and the wine tasting are included in the experience.

Our kitchen is in a 13th century farm located just outside Florence and is very easy to reach by bus from the center of Florence in just 30-35 min. The farm produce wine, oil, fruits and vegetable. Also they have several farm animals. Is a magical place for spend a day out of the classic tourist itinerary and have a very authentic experience learning a real Italian cuisine.
