Go fishing for crab, octopus, and mussels, and then enjoy a meal—all while helping a local Thai community at the same time. This activity is suitable for kids. We also offer a hands-free kayaking option. That is, if you do not wish to kayak on your own, or do not wish to kayak at all, my cohosts will be happy to kayak with you. Just please let us know in advance. We will begin at Lang Sot and then head to the kayaking point in Koh Lanta Noi. We will kayak through a nature route and experience the abundant mangrove forests. I will bring you to see a real floating fishermen village, where we will feed various fish, including groupers. We will continue to kayak and place traps for crab fishing. As we paddle, we will exit the mangrove forests bay to do some octopus fishing before we return to check our traps for crabs. We will also collect mussels that are bred naturally. All the crabs, mussels, and octopuses that we collect will be used as ingredients for cooking. After kayaking, we will return to land and head to a restaurant. Here, we will cook together and I will teach you how to prepare our ingredients. Lastly, we will share a meal together. If you would like to book a time slot that is not currently offered, please contact me.
