Making Sushi is a skill that is difficult to master alone. Get a hands-on experience under the guidance of experts. In a small group of no more than 8 participants, learn how to make Sushi, Yakitori chicken, as well as miso soup. At first, learning a little bit about the history of Sushi and Japanese food culture. Then make your own Sushi rice by yourself. We provide wooden sushi tubs and paddles for each participant. Next, everyone participates together to make traditional Japanese stock (Dashi) then make Miso soup. In this experience, you make 3 kinds of Sushi (Nigiri Sushi, Gunkan Maki, and Rolled Sushi). All the ingredients (10 kinds of sushi fish) are all included in this activity! Besides, we skewer the Chicken and making Yakitori, too. At the end, place the dishes, along with chopsticks and let's say “Itadakimasu”! Please enjoy the meal you made. In Japan, there are so many kinds of soy sauce are produced. We will show you at least 3 kinds of soy sauce and you can compare the taste when you eat your sushi!

Miyuki is Fumi's sister, used to live in Australia over 2 years and found how Japanese dishes attract so many people. Tami is a chief instructor of Sakura cook, love to communicate with guests every day.
