You are a quiet- creative in search of a peaceful, beautiful and healthful nest in the forest. This is a place to relax and enjoy and be creative: you are possibly a writer, or a stressed out executive, or Mom needing an escape. Or perhaps you need some physical rehabilitation. I will inter-act with you on a daily basis and create your fitness strategy. Perhaps there are specific areas that you would like to strengthen, or maybe you are looking to shed a few pounds! I will feed you healthy organic food. Our Personal chef cooks only REAL FOOD: Local fare from local markets! We will create a plan for your overall, integrated, daily wellness. Perhaps you will hike, or we may work out together, or stretch together. I will provide a professional assessment of your current state of fitness, and recommend a customized fitness regimen. We will take a look at your goal, and explore different modalities of fitness in order to achieve it. You will be able to take these ideas home and integrate them in to your daily life.
I am a certified Health Coach and Fitness Trainer and teach at the University of California/ Santa Cruz. I have lived on the top of this lovely forest mountain for 20 years. I also am a Master Personal Trainer and run my own mobile training business. My property is very conducive to fitness: Bike Riding, Hiking, Peaceful Walks or Interval Lunging up the steep Hill! YOU are a creative person, perhaps a writer, who needs quiet and time to retreat.Maybe you feel a bit de-conditioned, are recovering from an injury, a stressful job, or perhaps just need some new ideas for your work out: staying healthy is important to you, but you SIT too much of the time in your day. Your fitness prescription is important to you!
