I'll teach you how to make the dough and how to make the best crepes ever, those will be made using my beautiful grandmother's recipes. We will then go for sweet crepes for dessert, you'll be able to pick up your toppings and make those the way you like !! The class will be easy to understand, you don't need to have a special skill or level to participate. We will also be eating the meal together where I will share some of my experiences and opinions on sustainable food, Asian gastronomy and also my drive to find the best Franco-Asian fusion.
Hi There, my name is Anne from Mamaz social food, I was adopted by French parents in Vietnam when I was very little. I wanted to remain very close to my native culture but at the same time embrace the french person that I am. I discovered myself through my cooking and tell my story through my dishes. Therefore my cuisine is a fusion of both cultures. I won a lot of culinary contests and even went on TV for a show called: "Le Meilleur repas de Noel" (best Christmas meal)! So yes I am what you can call a bit of a Star ! Being on TV and recognized by professionals and amateurs made me believe even more in my passion and to make my dream a reality. I love being surrounded by people and discussing cultures, ingredients and gastronomy! My mojo is: seasonality, quality of products and new cooking methods.
