On arrival everyone will be allocated an appropriate paddleboard and anchor and a 5 min safely briefing and warm up will take place on land. After a few "before" photos we will venture out into the lake lagoon to a knee depth area and anchor our sups. We will then enjoy a 1hr fitness/pilates class to music (supfitness) balancing on our paddleboards and having lots of fun whilst challenging our core muscles and enjoying the natural environment. Lots of laughs to be had by all!
I am the owner of Sussex Inlet Stand Up Paddle & Mad About Fitness and have been running community based fitness classes in Sussex Inlet for the last 20 years, and standup paddleboard fitness classes, lessons/tours for the last 6 years. I am passionate about health and fitness and totally obsessed with everything Stand Up Paddle. Stand up paddleboarding offers many disciplines including flatwater paddling, downwind paddling, supfitness, sup surfing and sup water polo. I am committed to providing a pro active environmentally aware activity to the local community not impacting on the local environment. We provide a safe an unique experience to exercise on a stand up paddleboard whilst watching the sun rise or set surrounded by nature. Where else in the world can you join in a Supfitness class and watch the kangaroos hop past!

Our unique supfitness class will be held at Swan Lake, Berrara Lagoon or Sussex Inlet waterways depending on weather and wind condtions on the day.

Our class will be held in shallow water on paddleboards but be prepared to get wet if you fall in. Don't forget to bring along some dry clothes just in case.
