Enjoy the benefit of connecting with nature while doing yoga and be energized! We will be doing: - Kriya (breathing exercise) for detoxing the body - Asanas (physical posture) to exercise, stretch, strengthen & relax the body - Pranayama (breathing exercise) & long relaxation (at least 10 minutes) to quieten the mind and to de-stress This class is suitable for all levels including people who has never tried yoga before. We will always have variations for different body so please do not worry that you cannot catch up. The class is from 9am to 10.30am and after that, we will have picnic until 11am, please feel free to join us for picnic.
Through a long depressive phase at work and a bad relationship, I searched for a spiritual meaning in my existence, a deeper meaning in life and an identity on this Earth. I often wondered why did I come down to Earth? Is there more to life than this shell that we live in? The search led me to the practice of meditation, Yoga, Reiki Healing and many more. We will meet at Botanical Garden Station (MRT) and move to a safe space in Singapore Botanical Garden for our yoga practice.
