Cooking always requires team work, so it is always important to know your class mates. I will share with you the history behind the first restaurant in Puerto Juarez founded by the owners' father and this fisherman's' village history. As you start feeling confortable you will learn about the ingredients that will be used and start preparing an amazing meal! We'll start preparing and time will fly away. You'll learn the secrets of "slow food" cooking. At the end we will be sitting at the chef's table enjoying our freshly prepared meal, sharing stories and cooking secrets.
I am a big foodie and Chef Octavio is one of my favorite chefs in Cancun. He and his family own this restaurant for about 40 years!
