Your hosts are both musicians—Eddy is an accomplished Bolivian composer, two-time Grammy nominee, and Quentin is a founder of a South American musical group. They opened Peña Pachamama 20 years ago, and since then the restaurant has become a gathering place for great world musicians and dancers.
We'll begin with a look around the magical 1918 building where our restaurant and performance space is located. During Prohibition, it was one of San Francisco's most famous speakeasies, frequented by movie stars, politicians, and sports figures. Then we'll sit down for a live music performance while we eat small bites of South American cuisine.

We'll be at our restaurant—it's a magical place, and a little island of the future where those who enter her doors are transformed by the spirit of music and dance. You’ll find it on a little side street in San Francisco’s old Latin Quarter between Chinatown, the Wharf, and endless Italian cafes.
