体験できること

I invite you to my backyard for a 45-minute small group fitness session led by me, Karli, an ACE-certified health coach and group fitness instructor. This outdoor session provides a full-body workout to energize and challenge you at your own fitness level. Exercise modifications are provided and encouraged for you to work safely and avoid injury.

The session starts with a few moments to center and connect, then moves into a warm-up to prepare for the work ahead.

Next, you spend time engaging major muscle groups, challenging your stamina, building strength, and practicing a positive mindset. Oh, yeah...you have fun, too!

The final phase of the session lowers your heart rate and stretches tired muscles. Here you reflect on how good it feels to move and have fun while doing it!

After the session, you'll feel energized, happy, and ready for the rest of your day!
Other things to note
All fitness levels welcome! Exercise modifications are provided so you have a safe & positive experience.

Participants must sign a waiver BEFORE the session. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to read and sign the waiver and get settled.

Due to COVID-19, restrooms are NOT available.

I am a certified group fitness instructor and founder of 823 Group Arizona LLC. I believe fitness sessions should be fun! YES, getting and staying fit should be enjoyable and I love guiding you to work both body and mind during our time together.

I grew up in Nebraska and attended Arizona State University on a full-ride gymnastics scholarship in the 1980s. In my free time, I'm probably enjoying Arizona's outdoor living, checking out the local restaurant scene, or drinking wine with friends.

I live an active life, but it took a part-time job at a kickboxing gym to recognize my passion for encouraging others to do the same. I hope you'll join me for 45-minutes of fun fitness!

実施場所

This one-hour experience is held in my backyard. My neighborhood is 10 minutes north of the airport. Most sessions will be on the concrete pads surrounding the pool but some may be held in a grassy area.
