Want to explore Bangkok's unmissable attractions in a non-touristy way? Join us on this culturally rich experience and hear fascinating stories and get to know more about the beautiful Grand Palace and Wat Pho - entrance tickets included. At the beginning of our experience, we will browse vibrant streets brimming with local shops selling icons such as Buddha statues and charms that represent local beliefs. Following that, be ready to step into an incredible visual experience at The Grand Palace, the spiritual center of Bangkok. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha is part of this. Admire the golden chedis and stupas, the statues of various deities, and the beautifully crafted roofs. As locals, we will tell you all about the Thai Royal Family, and why the locals so revere them and many more stories about its history. Hop on a tuk-tuk towards Wat Pho, admire the massive reclining Golden Buddha, have a peek at a textile museum and many more surprises along the way if you join this experience with a local. We're all natural storytellers, each one with a different background ranging from the arts to history so you won't be short on stories and tips for your future stay in Bangkok. The group size will be small enough to connect with us, other like-minded travelers, locals, and their culture.
My friends Polly & Chatchai and I are a group of passionate local experts, from food scientists, restaurant owners, nature-enthusiast, history-lover, and experienced guides. We love to connect travelers with the heartbeat of Bangkok, its culture, its local scene - and with each other. Whether you’re traveling solo, for business, with your best friend, your partner, or your family - experience Bangkok and its surroundings with likeminded travelers, explore local communities, and leave as friends with city and people. Looking forward to meeting you soon!
