体験できること

Cycling through areas of the East part of the South Downs Way.
I will show you the best routes and views along this part of the SDW.
At approx 10am we will be cycling a 10km route from Seaford to Alfriston (part of the South Downs Way) where we will have some time to take in the sights and stop off for some snacks.
At approx 11am we will start our 40km journey back along the South Downs Way through to Wilmington Hill, Friston Forest and along the SDW to Beachy Head. We will cycle to Birling Gap through East Dean then back through the forest to Cuckmere Haven. Time permitting we will ride over Seaford Head via Hope Gap.
We will be back in Seaford for approx 4pm.

I have knowledge of all the local routes and pubs/cafes to be able to wind down after a great day on the South Downs.
We will complete a 50km bike ride covering aspects of the South Downs Way East between Lewes and Eastbourne.
We will stop off at all the beauty spots along the way and take time for photos. We will make 6 stops along the way for refreshments and to take in the scenery.

I am currently a Superhost for Airbnb.
I have been running and cycling the South Downs Way (Eastbourne to Brighton) for over 4 years. I know all the local trails that visitors wouldn’t confidently know or explore. If you are visiting the Seven Sisters or exploring South Downs Way I am able to ‘buddy’ you either running or cycling. I have lots of experience running the Seven Sisters, Birling Gap, Seaford Head, Friston Forest and surrounding areas on the South Downs National Park.
We have basic camping shower facilities.
I am currently an ambassador for What3Words and have appeared in their digital marketing campaign and have set up 3WordRuns on Twitter.
I have recently taken early retirement to be able to focus on this and to provide more flexibility with dates and times.

Mainly the South Downs Way involving Eastbourne to Brighton taking in the Seven Sisters, Birling Gap, Cuckmere Haven (including the cottages) Friston Forest, Southease, Firle Beacon and all surrounding areas.

Would be good to download What3Words App on your phone so that we can agree locations that you want to see. Please let us know how far you would like to go on the day ie How far cycling, how far running etc and we can prepare for a smooth transition from run to bike etc.
