You’ve heard of Paint & Sip, now get ready for Act & Sip! Act & Sip classes give everyone an opportunity to get on stage in an Off-Broadway theater and be a star for the night.
Our expert instructors will pair students off with partners and hand over the pages to a scene from a well-known iconic NYC sitcom or movie, offering tips along the way to help performers conquer stage fright and discover their inner actor.
Come by yourself or with a group of friends – you are guaranteed to have fun – and decide if an actor’s life might be for you.
This event is perfect for bachelorette parties, after work outings, or just a fun night with friends to get on stage with a little help from liquid courage.

Kathy and here staff were incredible. They made us feel comfortable right away. The scripts were thoughtfully chosen for us and were so funny.
The set, stage and theater provide an incredible vibe. It’s an incredible experience to go with a group of friends. Well worth the money.
Make sure to pregame with plenty of alcohol.
Btw- Kathy, may be modest about it, but she is a theater legend, with an Guineas book of world record to show for it. Kathy is devoted to the craft of acting and shares her love of acting in a way that is light hearted and fun.
This experience met and exceeded all my expectations. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

My friend and I enjoyed a unique opportunity to act a scene (from "Friends") with helpful suggestions from our "director". We had a great group of people participating as audience and actors. It was fun to watch everyone's earnest attempts to being true thespians. Our "director" was enthusiastic and supportive; that set up a convivial atmosphere so that afterwards, we all felt free to mingle and laugh together about our experience.
We got there a little late and missed buying alcohol- should've brought our own. That would've shaved off some pre-stage jitters.
