Lear how to prepare Three classic italian dishes: Homemade pasta, Polenta and Tiramisù in a typical and beautiful Venetian house. The polenta comes from my father's crops, who grows a fine variety of corn form more than 40 years, so basically you will taste a piece of my family story! We will prepare homemade pasta and the sauce following my grandmothers' recipe. No Pasta machine is allowed, i will show you the oringinal way to cut the pasta, so you can replicate it at home without having to buy special tools. I'll give you a white apron and all the equipment for preparing the menu, included a typical welcome appetizer and local wine! I will provide you with a printed copy of the recipes in English, so you will easily recreate the dishes at home for your friends!
