Standing in front of a camera can be quite intimidating. With experience both in front of and behind the lens, I will always do my best to help you capture the best natural travel photos in the city of Chicago. Worried about how you'll look? Don't be! I will always show you the photos before moving forward.
During this experience I will not only help you receive beautiful photos but I will also try to teach you insight about modeling and photography. This experience will be ideal for individuals who are looking for a city tour but would also love to capture some scenic travel and portrait images. I love to build positive connections with others, so this is great for someone who wants to be more engaged and collaborative with their guide.
I will be using a Sony DSLR to capture your candid and lifestyle moments. This includes both portraits and full body shots. If you would like to learn more about the editing process or a photographer's guides, let me know and I am more than happy to share my knowledge.
You will receive 8 edited images and all unedited photos (usually 200+). Editing does not include body manipulation, but can be requested for an additional charge.
If you do not see a time that works for you on the calendar, please send me a message! I do accept large parties!
Please note that I cannot guarantee a private session unless you booked as a private session.

We will be starting at Wrigley Building in downtown Chicago near the river. We will make our way through the river walk, the Chicago theater sign, the Chicago cultural center, and Millennium Park/the bean. Along the way, we will walk through the concrete jungle allowing opportunity to take pictures under the beautiful sky scrapers of downtown Chicago. Though I have a planned route, I’m always open to ideas and changes :)

This experience was so amazing! Arthur was patient, and talked me through each pose. I can easily get super awkward, but Arthur definitely made me feel at ease.
This particular day was freezing, but he gave me opportunities to step inside stores to take a break and get warm. He also highlighted several neighborhoods to check out while I am visiting Chicago.
I especially loved the pictures he took in the middle of the street. It sounds scary, but it was anything but! He ensured my safety and I walked away with some amazing shots. I HIGHLY recommend this experience!! Thank you Arthur!

An absolutely incredible experience with a super talented photographer!! Arthur is an absolute gem and I would rate this experience 1000000 out of 10.
He gave us a few route options for the walk, and adapted it along the way when it got too windy/cold for some of the planned spots. He also shared so many creative ideas and tips for posing at each location, and helped us all to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. As we walked, he also gave us a TON of recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Chicago (which we did later and which were honestly the best meals we had on our trip). Then he sent us ALL of the unedited pictures (literally hundreds) about a day later for us to choose which ones we wanted edited, and they all were absolutely stunning!!!!
I think I will try to look for a similar experience every time i travel now- it’s such a lovely way to have a beautiful souvenir of the trip! BUT I really don’t think anything could top this one! :)

We were notoriously awkward in front of the camera, but Arthur was quick to adapt to us, a challenge, and provided a super fun experience! He made us feel more comfortable than we've ever been, and we got to see Chicago from some view points we never thought were possible. It was just the positivity we needed on a windy, chilly day!
