魔法の森でアルパカトレッキング
Alpacas take to trekking quite easily. They walk in a line, one behind the other on a head collar and lead rope. Our guided treks start at the alpacas' barn and ascend into the forest. Each trek lasts about 1.5 hours. The walk itself is at a very leisurely pace, and is not at all strenuous. PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM AGE 12 YEARS, no baby carriers (and all guests must speak English). When you arrive on site, the alpacas will be grazing, and we will call them in using their yellow food bucket! Simon and I will introduce you to the alpacas whist getting them ready with head collars and leads. We will have a brief health & safety chat, as well as give you some idea of what to expect and some pointers so you can interact with your alpaca. We will also introduce you to all of their individual quirks and personalities. Alpacas are not able to carry packs or people, so they will accompany us as we walk the forest trail. We try not to let them stop to nibble grass for long periods. Half-way around the walk, we release the alpacas in an enclosed area, so we can feed them treats, and you can get very close and intimate with them. They will love you when we give you the apples and carrots to feed them. There will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout your visit. When we return to the farm, we will finish with a fibre and spinning demonstration.

地名とそれにまつわる素晴らしいストーリー
It is said the mighty inscribe their toponymy on the landscape. Gaels, Vikings, Normans, Spaniards, Pirates, English and the Irish all controlled this section of coastline at one time or another and they all left their mark in the toponyms and microtoponyms of this beautiful area. Join me on one of the most beautiful walks in West Cork and create memories you will never forget. Together, we will explore one of the most interesting sections of the Wild Atlantic Way using toponyms - the language of its placenames. Our walk will take in secluded beaches, holy wells, fairy forts, hidden trails and rural boreens. All told we will walk about five kilometres. While undulating, this trail is easy and fun for beginners.
ハイブマインドについて知る養蜂体験
Our day will begin with a meet-and-greet; where I will run though the safety aspects of beekeeping. Stings are rare when safety is well considered. Now, it's time to get nerdy. We will discuss what happens within the colony, the social structure and the roles each honeybee has to play within the superorganism of the hive. The importance of the honeybee to our own lives; and to the world at large cannot be underestimated. The more that we know, the more that we can do to affect a change. Apiary tour: this is where we watch the bees at work. We find out what plants they are foraging, and why, on that specific day. By now you should be confident enough to get your bee suits on (provided by me of course) and do some beekeeping. With my help, you will be guided through the basic steps involved in a hive inspection. All of what we have learned during the day will be put into practice for what I promise to be an inspiring journey into the world of the Northern European Honeybee, Apis mellifera Mellifera. Other things to note Bees can and do sting from time to time. I need to know if you have an allergy, and how severe it is. Guests must arrange their own transportation. The bus from Cork stops close to the house.
ディングル半島ハイキングで自然を満喫
The walk begins at 410 metres and is 12.5 km's in length with a total elevation gain of 550 metres. You should be prepared to walk 4 to 5 Hrs. We will walk on the ridge of the mountains that bisect the Dingle peninsula from here you will be able to see both sides of the peninsula at the same time. We will walk across Bogland on to the ridge and above some of the wildest lands in the peninsula above Coumanare lakes and the stunning Coum of Pedlars lake. We will also have great views of the Conor Pass valley and Mount Brandon along the way. The walk is mountain terrain and you should be able to cope with boggy ground at times and some moderately steep climbs. Along the way we will see interesting rock formations and beautiful peat landscape. We will also be able to see stunning views of Dingle harbour and Bay. The walk route is sometimes subject to fog etc so I will still do walk regardless of weather. I still enjoy the fog etc. You should bear this in mind as any the views I list above can of course be obscured by fog on any occasion. If you like this experience but the scheduled time and date does not suit, please message me and we might be able to schedule a time that does. Other things to note This hike crosses rough terrain and you need to be able for that physically with appropriate clothing and footwear. Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
受賞歴を誇るパレスチナのカフェで3種類の焙煎したコーヒーを味わおう
We will be taking you through the process of roasting green coffee beans to make 3 different types of coffee: - Espresso based ones like latte and cappuccino. - Turkish style of coffee infused with cardamom (we name it Palestinian Coffee). - Arabian coffee. Which is made of very lightly roasted beans, then brewed with cardamom, saffron, cloves and ginger powder. You will have a hands on experience and sample the three different coffee cultures.
キラーニー国立公園でガイド付きハイキング
I will meet with my hiking group at Subway, Muckross Rd, Dromhale, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 EFR7 at 10:30. After I have made sure they have hiking boots or shoes, rain jacket, some food and water for the walk, I will discuss the route of the day with them. From the meeting point we have to drive 10 minutes to the starting point near Torc Waterfall. Please, bring your own transport. The walk is on open moorland and tracks suitable for families with children who did previously similar 4 hours walks, with a moderate fitness level. We will climb to Torc Mountain 535 metres over sea level, with a total ascent of 500 metres. We will start a 4 hours walk at a leisurely pace and I will make sure that everybody is comfortable and happy. We will stop at regular intervals to enjoy the scenery, to admire the mountains, flora and wildlife, to take pictures, and have some food & water. During the walk I like to talk with the group about hiking issues related to the area, and sites of interest such as ancient dwelling places, etc. The walking route will be to Torc Waterfall & Mountain with a great view of Lough Leane, Muckross Lake, Upper Lake, Mangerton, Purple, Shehy and Tomies mountains. Every one of my guided walks has its own particular places of outstanding beauty. I always aim to make my walks a very special and memorable experience for my clients.
