HOT TUB looks out on a beautiful, park-like golf course in CdA; this guest house (840 sq ft) is aimed to please with an 8-person hot tub, pool, sauna, full kitchen, bedroom, L-shaped living area doubles with more beds, TV (Netflix/Hulu/Prime), piano keyboard, karaoke, Wi-Fi, and trampoline. CdA Resort & lake are just over 3 miles away; Kroc Center & shopping are around the corner. Great for ALL seasons. This getaway is as close to the water as possible in downtown Coeur d’Alene with fabulous lake views overlooking a quaint marina. With all the best Cd’A has to offer at your fingertips: beaches, woodland trails, parks, & a picturesque downtown; all a short neighborhood walk away. We have a large open living space, kitchen and deck (with a hot tub) overlooking Cd'A Lake & Tubbs Hill Park. The house is perfect for families with kids as the upstairs space is a great play area & has low ceilings.
