Newly remodeled, comfortable studio apartment in a quiet neighborhood near downtown Boone. There is a separate parking area and private entrance to the apartment. You can sit outside on the porch and hear the creek, but are still only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Boone and Appalachian State University. The apartment has a queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchenette with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker.
Our garage apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to King St (our main street.) The space is cozy and well appointed - perfect for a couple or small family. The deck is a lovely place to enjoy the beautiful mountain weather.
Our home is nestled amongst the trees and Rhodos just one minute away from downtown Boone in a quiet, green neighborhood. This studio apartment attached to our home offers you private living space with private entrance and a outdoor sitting deck.
