Self-contained Annex

Our self contained annex is on two floors with a separate entrance. The ground floor has a kitchen and dining space, with fridge/freezer, cooker & washing machine together with the basic cooking utensils, crockery & cutlery. The first floor contains the large bedroom and en-suite shower room. There is a standard double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair. WiFi is provided. Situated at the entrance to a quiet cul- de-sac there is a bus stop outside and the train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Charming studio flat on the edge of the Cotswolds

A sunny, self-contained studio flat with its own entrance, outdoor seating and off-road parking situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Cotswolds. There's a Roman villa around the corner and Blenheim Palace down the road with wonderful footpaths through the woods and surrounding countryside. Keen walkers, cyclists, sightseers and visitors who just want to relax, will all find this a perfect base for visiting West Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Minimum two night stay.

A very light and sunny 1 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of this Grade 2 listed property in the heart of Woodstock. Recently refurbished, it has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, including a fully equipped kitchen, wood burning stove, wifi and TV. The flat is within walking distance of Blenheim Palace and there is a bus stop approx. 50m up the road with regular buses into the centre of Oxford. The flat is perfect for couples.

Little Chestnut Cottage

Situated in a quiet location in the village of Stonesfield, Little Chestnut Cottage is a great self-contained base from which to visit Blenheim Palace, Woodstock, Oxford and explore the Cotswolds. The village is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.
