Located right on the Tunnel Vison spur of the sugar creek trail system this townhouse gives access to a 5.5mi loop and with many spurs and larger loops to be ridden. This is a 2 level basement style townhouse with decks off the upper(Living)and lower(Bedrooms) floors. Private laundry and parking.

Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet!
